The first hot spot was at the MTV VMAs early September, then the recent MTV EMAs over the weekend, and now it's been announced that Psy will take part in the 40th American Music Awards.

According to ABC7,

"The newest acts were announcement Monday and also include The Wanted and Swizz Beatz featuring Chris Brown and Ludacris, Carly Rae Jepsen and Kelly Clarkson. The show's producers first announced a star-studded list last month comprised of Taylor Swift, No Doubt, Pitbull, Nicki Minaj and Christina Aguilera."

It is definitely not surprising to see how jam packed Psy's schedule has been for the past weeks and months. Just recently, Psy has taken over Europe with promotions such as holding a flashmob in Paris, being a guest speaker at England's own Oxford University, and performing at the popular MTV European Music Awards in Frankfurt. There is no denying the popularity of Psy, he is definitely a world star.

Catch Psy at the American Music Awards this Sunday, November 18th at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater at 8pm PT.
