The two most famous people of Korea met up on New Year's day in New York. 

U.N general Ban Ki Moon commented on Psy's video with over a billion views by saying that it would take 20,000 years to catch up to where he is now.

Another U.N official commented that there was news about terrorists in Guantanamo who protested that they could not do the 'horse-riding' dance because of their shackles.

Psy had also commented that dancing the 'horse-dance' with Ban Ki Moon was the most memorable. Psy's reason was that Ban Ki Man seemed like the person who would never do this sort of dance.
