JYJ's agency had revealed that JYJ had won against Avex.

The court explained that Avex could not take over JYJ in Japan and stated that they pay C-JeS Entertainment roughly 7 million dollars. 

The court further explained that due to Avex had to pay an extra $11,000 to the CEO as they had slandered the CEO as well.

JYJ and Avex had problems with their contract back in 2010 and later went on to a lawsuit.

After the court's decision today, Avex has announced that they reject the decision and they will be making an appeal again.
