K-Pop boy band members Nichkhun of 2PM and GOT7's Bambam have become the highest ranked artists on Twitter in Thailand. 

Nichkhun has surpassed 3.4 million Twitter followers, while Bambam has over 570,000.

Both K-pop stars also topped the charts for receiving the most mentions at the Zocial Awards 2015 in Bangkok.

South Korean hip-hop boy band GOT7 was ranked at number seven in the list of group's with the most hashtags.

“We are so happy to hear the great news in Thailand,” read a statement from JYP Entertainment posted to the website Koreaboo on Monday.

“We will continue to promote with many activities to thank you for your support.”
