Cho YoungChul, a producer of Loen Entertainment that IU is signed to, tweeted on January 4th that "IU is one of the few girls in the industry that haven't had a single knife touch her face. It's quite obvious if you look at her baby pictures." He also left a threatening message that said  "If this scandal continues, someone is going to get sued. Not kidding."

According to him, IU doesn't think the scandal is a big deal and tells people to "stop worrying. This will blow over soon." But he promises that if the false rumor continues to spread, he will conduct an online identity search to find the enablers.
