BTS Concert Organizers Offer Consolation To NYC Ticket Holders For Canceled Meet And Greet Session With The Band

SubKulture Entertainment, the concert organizer for BTS's Live Trilogy Episode II: The Red Bullet tour in the U.S. has offered consolation for New York City fans who were unable to receive the benefits of their VIP meet and greet tickets.

The July 16 concert at Best Buy Theater abruptly concluded due to alleged death threats which targeted BTS' Rap Monster. Some VIP+ ticket holders and contest winners were unable to receive benefits which included a hi-touch opportunity or group snap shot.

On July 30, SubKulture Entertainment issued the following response through their Facebook account, which posted to their social media stream. "To all the NYC VIP+ ticketholders and concert winners who were adversely affected by the cancelation of the hi-touch and group snapshot session," stated the opening passage of the message posted by SubKulture Entertainment.

The concert organizer continued with clarification for the consolation that VIP+ fans who were affected, could receive. "As previously stated, we are offering the following options: A merchandise package (official TRBinUSA tour T-shirt, official TRBinUSA autographed tour poster, and exclusive BTS Polaroid photo) or a $50 refund (which reflects the price difference between VIP and VIP+ tickets). The $50 refund is ONLY available to VIP+ ticket holders while the Merchandise Package is available to both VIP+ ticket holders as well as random contest winners for Hi-Touch and Group Snapshot."

Audiences who purchased VIP+ tickets through AXS or Best Buy Theater were also provided with an additional option to receive mutually agreeable tickets for an upcoming show, which would be redeemed through Best Buy Theater.
