The first four artists attending this year's Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) have been announced.

On Wednesday, MAMA announced that three male K-pop idol groups and one hip hop artist will perform at this year's ceremony. MAMA 2015 will be held in Hong Kong in December.

BTS, GOT7, CNBLUE, and Zion.T will all perform songs that they released earlier this year.

This year, BTS saw success from songs like "I Need U" and "Dope," while CNBLUE's "Cinderella" and GOT7's "Just Right" and "If You Do" have also been immensely popular.

Zion.T has released several songs this year, including "Eat" and "No Make-Up," all of which have seen much success.

Additional artists are also set to perform at this year's MAMA.

Two of South Korea's biggest agencies, YG Entertainment and SM Entertainment, had no acts announced in the initial line-up for MAMA 2015, despite numerous hits from each company this year.

It was previously reported that several big name K-pop acts from YG Entertainment are not likely to attend the event due to lack of communication from the event's organizers.

SM Entertainment has not announced any plans regarding MAMA 2015.

This year's Mnet Asia Music Awards will be held in Hong Kong on Dec. 2.
