As the first half of "Once Upon a Time" Season 5 draws closer to its Winter finale, spoilers have surfaced that could allude to the series taking on another Disney property.

On Thursday, TVLine provided some new spoilers regarding "Once Upon a Time." While there are rumors of the series taking a trip to Hell in Season 5B, there appears to be even more proof given that ABC is casting the guest starring role of a "dashing, strapping young man" who is "single-minded in his pursuit of his destiny: to be the greatest hero who ever lived."

Based on this, fans are theorizing that the character in mind would be for the role of Hercules.

"If they do Hercules and Hades please be more accurate to the myth unlike the Disney version," commented Csb on TVLine. "Hera was the Hercules villain. Hades actually helps Hercules by lending him his dog (Cerberus) on one of the labors. He also murders Megara in most classical versions."

In addition, spoilers confirm the series is casting a "plucky, 18-year-old female adventurer with a sly sense of humor and a tough, no-nonsense spirit." Could this be Megara?

As previously reported, "Once Upon a Time" is casting a "mysterious, dangerous and vindictive God-like figure known obscurely as 'Distinguished Gentleman' or 'DG." Given this, fans are speculating that the character in question is Hades from Greek mythology.

But alongside these exciting spoilers, it is rumored that one prominent "Once Upon a Time" character will be sent to the Underworld, and that will prompt a journey down below.
