Camila Cabello seemingly appeared to be a woman who knows what she wants and ready to get it. Despite rumors that linked her to fellow singer Shawn Mendez, the Fifth Harmony member admitted in a new interview that she's single and looking for love.

During a Q&A for The Sun's Bizarre, Cabello did not hesitate to raise her hand up when asked who among the group was single.

"I am single and desperate for love," she pointed out.

She even shared what she's looking for at the moment.

"I would love a British man!"

It was the same deal when the girl group appeared on the "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" show last September. When Seacrest asked who was single, Camila Cabello instantly raised her hand and even shared how difficult it was to date. She also got grilled for being seen so much with Shawn Mendes.

"We're super, super close friends," Cabello shared about the "Stitches" singer when asked about the real deal between them. "He's such an amazing guy."

Although the Fifth Harmony member and "Stitches" singer have quashed rumors about them dating, some of their fans still can't help but hope. With new rumors afloat that the pair might be releasing a duet soon, a fan expressed on the YouTube page of the teaser for the single "I Know What You Did Last Summer" that the pair might be "secretly dating."

The song teaser was only 15 seconds long and featured the outline of what seemingly might be Mendes and Cabello as told by MTV.

As claimed by Hollywood Life, the title of the purported duet might even be a hint that the Fifth Harmony member and "Stitches" singer might apparently have had a "summer fling."

The Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello dating rumors have been circulating since the pair has been filling each other's social media feeds with pictures of them together as well as instances of crashing each other's interviews.
