Last week the buzz around the rumor mill was some speculation that Big Bang leader G-Dragon was possibly romantically involved with Krystal from the group f(x).

The rumor seems to have originated from the news that G-Dragon had begun following the singer on Instagram and that he was "liking all her pictures."

This did not seem like a problem at first, G-Dragon follows many other K-Pop idols on Instagram and Twitter, but when the suggestion was made that he and Krystal were maybe more than just friends, his fans turned on the her.

Almost immediately Krystal's Instagram was flooded by angry and inappropriate comments from G-Dragon's jealous fans; name-calling, insults, even threats - hundreds at a time.

The comments left on her pictures were so bothersome and upsetting that it was only a short matter of time before Krystal was forced to delete her account altogether in an effort to escape further harassment.

Since the news that she had left Instagram altogether, sympathetic fans of both Krystal and GD have called on the two to set the record straight.
Krystal fans are upset that G-Dragon did not use his influence to call his fans off, and GD fans want to know if there is any basis to the rumors at all.

But with both stars keeping quiet on the matter for the time being, it is just fueling the frenzy of gossip more.

And while this sort of obsessive fan behavior is to be expected when one becomes a superstar, this situation should serve as a reminder to fans that celebrities are people too and do not deserve to be harassed to such a vile extent.
