Block B File Formal Complaint With Seoul Police Against Internet Trolls

For many celebrities, being trolled on the internet is inevitable. But when lines are crossed, some stars take action.

For K-pop group Block B, online haters will have to face the consequences of their actions.

Finally fed up with the spread of malicious rumors, the band filed a police complaint against internet trolls for false accusations and defamation, according to the Korea Herald.

The complaint was filed in Seoul on Feb. 11, according to Block B's agency, Seven Seasons.

“After much tolerance, we decided to take strong action," a representative said. "There have been online commentators who keep erroneously interpreting their music videos. It seemed like they do it systematically.”

Last December, Seven Seasons sent out a warning through Block B's official Twitter account stating consideration on taking legal action against said trolls posting false information.
