Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner were caught by Kourtney Kardsahian sleeping together.

ET reported that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars went all in for an April Fools' prank directed by Kourtney Kardashian. The scandalous prank, which was documented on Snapchat, started with the 36-year-old actress asking Kylie Jenner where Kendall was.

"I literally just saw her go over there," the 18-year-old social media queen answered as she pointed down the hallway.

Kourtney Kardashian then headed down the hall and opened a bedroom door. She then saw Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner cuddled in bed together.

"Wait, who is she in here with?" Kardashian said. "So sick, you're so inappropriate, like what is wrong with you?"

"Everybody knows I'm inappropriate," Disick replied. However, they were all in on the joke as he exclaimed, "April Fools!"

The publication noted that the prank was "pretty well-executed" and "more believable" than the time when the exes joked about getting back together earlier this week.

"So, um, we wanted you guys to hear it first," Scott said, according to E! News. "We are getting back together."

Meanwhile, Celebuzz reported that Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner were spotted having lunch on Thursday, Mar. 31. They were seen at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills.

"I have absolutely no control over everybody and anybody else other than myself," Scott said when he was asked about getting back with Kourtney.

"All I can do is stay on the right path and if things fall into place and they're meant to be, I believe they will be."

There were speculations that Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner fooled around while Kourtney Kardashian was pregnant with Reign. Also, they were recently caught cozying up to each other after celebrating Rob Kardashian's birthday.

A video showed Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner talking with their faces really close. They were surrounded by several people.

A scene in the clip showed the 20-year-old supermodel putting her arms around the self-proclaimed lord. A worried Scott also leaned on the door and appeared to make sure that Kendall was okay as she climb on the front seat of a car which Kourtney was driving.
