Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner sparked speculations on their relationship as they were caught getting cozy recently.

According to X17 Online, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars got a little too close for comfort as they waited for their ride outside Nobu Malibu after they celebrated Rob Kardashian's birthday.

A video showed Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner talking with their faces really close. They were surrounded by several people.

A scene in the clip showed the 20-year-old supermodel putting her arms around the self-proclaimed lord. A worried Scott also leaned on the door and appeared to make sure that Kendall was okay as she climb on the front seat of a car which Kourtney was driving.

Last year, Mail Online reported that Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner dined together al fresco at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills. They left together in a red Ferrari soon after.

There are claims that the two "KUWTK" stars were having a "secret romance." Khloe Kardashian has joked about the rumor saying that she and Disick were supposed to be in an affair.

It was previously reported that the 32-year-old actor is currently dating model Christine Burke, who is said to look just like Kendall Jenner.

The 32-year-old actor and 20-year-old model were recently spotted in Los Angeles earlier this month. They have reportedly been hooking up for quite some time now.

Scott Disick has recently declared his love for Kourtney Kardashian. "I mean, she'll always be family to me and probably the person I love the most in the world, so even though we're not together, we're still close and it's still nice to be around each other," he told Us Weekly.

"Honestly, it's pretty equal among everybody," Disick said about communication with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

"I was just with Kourtney earlier in the day and then Kim later in the day, and then I ran into Kendall, Kylie and Khloé. So it's kind of everybody. And I hang out with Kris a ton. She lives down the street from me."
