YG Entertainment has begun teasing their upcoming girl group by revealing the first two members.

YG released a series of photos of the two members through their official website on June 1 and 8. According to YG, one new member will be revealed every week. The two that have been revealed so far are named Jennie Kim and Lisa

Jennie is expected to be one of the main vocal talents in the group. In Oct. 2013, she performed a duet with G-Dragon, singing the song "Black." Her strong, unique voice and large vocal range are evident in the performance, which is a mid-tempo, R&B ballad.

Th second member revealed by YG is Lisa, a trainee from Thailand who is presumed to be one of the main dancers of the group, due to a past video of her supreme dancing skills that YG uploaded on their official Youtube channel in 2012.

Although these teasers are making YG's new girl group an imminent possibility, YG has previously released teasers for a few of the members over the years, but with no follow-up.

Currently, the size of the group has not yet been revealed.
