BTS and Netflix released a teaser video on Mar. 4, 2026, building excitement for the group's comeback concert "BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE|ARIRANG," set to stream live worldwide on Mar. 21 from Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul.
The short teaser shows all seven BTS members, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, in black outfits holding signs like "Trailer Tomorrow" and "BTS."
They dance together and play the Korean game "Red Light, Green Light" to the upbeat track "Dynamite." Netflix posted it on social media channels, announcing the full trailer would drop on Mar. 5 at 1 p.m. KST, according to allkpop.
This marks Netflix's first live stream of a single artist's concert, reaching over 190 countries. Fans quickly shared clips and screenshots, turning the teaser into a trending topic on X and TikTok within hours of release.
The one-time concert starts at 8 p.m. KST on March 21, one day after BTS releases their fifth studio album "ARIRANG" on Mar. 20. It is the group's first full performance in nearly four years, following their mandatory military service hiatus.
Held at the iconic Gwanghwamun Square near Gyeongbokgung Palace, the event features a 360-degree stage for an immersive view. Local authorities are preparing crowd control measures as thousands of fans are expected on-site, while millions more tune in online, the Straits Times reported.
Netflix will premiere the documentary "BTS: The Return" on March 27, offering behind-the-scenes looks at the album's creation and the members' reunion. The film covers their time in Los Angeles and creative struggles after almost four years apart.
This pairs with the concert to give fans full access to BTS's return. Producers say the documentary aims to show both the pressure of a global comeback and the members' personal growth.
BTS's "ARIRANG" era includes an 82-show world tour starting Apr. 9 in Goyang, South Korea, with the first three dates live-streamed online via Weverse. Select tour shows, like Apr. 11 in Goyang and Apr. 18 in Tokyo, will screen in cinemas across 75 countries.
Album teasers, such as the tracklist and credits, have already dropped, with "SWIM" as a highlighted title track. Fans worldwide can watch the Netflix stream without tickets, as the live event has no additional dates, as per Channel News Asia.
