Kim Yoo Jung recently posted her holiday greetings for the Lunar New Year. The actress who is currently involved in controversies since last year posted a sweet message to fans through Instagram.

According to Soompi, Kim Yoo Jung posted a picture of the sun rising at the dusk. Along with the picture, the South Korean actress added the message that she will continue to work hard in the new year to become a better person, a person who will bring fortune and happiness to many people.

According to Allkpop, this is the first post of the former child actress since she was hospitalized. Kim Yoo Jung has been out of the hospital since Jan. 10 after being admitted for the second time.

The actress is known to have recently played a major role in the drama "Love In The Moonlight" alongside popular actor Park Bo Gum who played Lee Yeong, the crown prince known to be smart but mischievous. Kim Yoo Jung played Hong Ra-On, a girl who was raised as a boy with a hidden past and became a eunuch for Lee Yeong. The show was broadcasted through KBS2 and ran from August to October 2016. The drama earned high ratings and was loved by fans not only in South Korea but all over the world.

The controversy started when fans were not pleased with the actress behavior during an event to promote her movie where the actress was seen playing with her nails and leaning on one leg. Fans see this as the actress lacking professionalism. After reports came out, Kim Yoo Jung apologized to fans for her what happened in the event.

The actress was rushed to the hospital on Dec. 26 due to stress-induced shock. Things did not stop there as people have been suggesting that this was a move from her agency to escape the issue and have even called the actress arrogant. Kim Yoo Jung missed several end-of-the-year award shows in order for her to recuperate.

Senior actors Bang Joong Hyun and Cha Tae Hyun came forward to defend the actress. Cha Tae Hyun revealed that before the press conference, the actress had been feeling sick but had to forego drinking medicine due to her allergic reaction.
