‘Song Ji Hyo’ Latest News: ‘Emergency Couple’ Actress Shares Thoughts On Marriage, Divorce, and Cheating Boyfriend

Born Cheon Seong-im, actress Song Ji Hyo got candid in a recent interview with Elle Korea and opened up about her views on marriage and divorce. The actress, who started to gain popularity after playing a ballet dancer in the series "Princess Hours," also revealed what she would do should a boyfriend cheat on her.

Koreaportal reports that the "Emergency Couple" actress has not been dating since 2015 when she separated from Baek Chang Ju, the CEO of C-JeS Entertainment, who she has been dating since 2012. Although she has been romantically linked to Kang Gary, her co-star in the variety show "Running Man," she claims to still be single.

When asked what she would do if a boyfriend cheats on her, she gave a pragmatic view, saying that if it was the first time, there is a probability that she could let it slide, as it can be considered as a mistake. But if she finds out that her boyfriend would see the other woman more than once, then she would not be able to forgive him.

She claims that if she suspects a boyfriend to cheating on her, she would not resort to stalking to try to find evidence to support her suspicions. Instead, she would go straight to they guy and just ask.

When asked about the topic of divorce and marriage, Koreaboo reports that Song Ji Hyo has a pretty conservative view on it. She does not apparently believe in divorce. She believes that it should be the last resort and that a couple needs to try over and over again to make the relationship work. The promises made during the marriage should not be taken lightly, and that the idea of divorce should take a lot of talks and discussions.

Song Ji Hyo also says if marriage does not come for her, she would not feel worse if she had no husband. She claims that she is living a fun life and enjoying it, whether or not she has a husband is of no consequence.
