Big Hit CEO Reveals Rap Monster Is The Reason He Formed BTS

BTS surely has everything it needs to be one of the most important idol groups in the industry. However, Big Hit Entertainment CEO, Bang Shi Hyuk only needed one person to make him sure that the idol group he was going to form will be a big hit.

In a recent interview with  Xsport News, Bang Shi Hyuk revealed that he needed to form a new hip-hop group when he saw Rap Monster for the first time. According to Koreaboo, just right after he witnessed Rap Monster's talent to create a life in the tunes he sang in, he then started a journey to find RapMon's companions in the group.

Bang Shi Hyuk didn't only search for talented youngsters who are prepared to be idols. The members of future BTS should have stories to tell and bring their stories to life. Bang Shi Hyuk still hopes that BTS members are able to write and compose their performances so they can be recognized as a team of producers not just an idol group.

BTS is currently in the middle of preparation for FESTA, a special event where the members drop some cool stuff in celebration of the group's anniversary. As per Soompi, BTS has just released in-depth resumes of each member, in which they spill out details on their hobbies, experiences, how fast they type, computer programs they're good at, and pretty much every tiny detail fans might haven't known about.

Meanwhile, ARMY has gathered to present a special anniversary gift for BTS. Recently, Chinese ARMY has just made a grand purchase to set a billboard at Time's Square to celebrate BTS' 4th anniversary. Depending on the total duration of the ad campaign, the billboard must have cost close to millions of dollars. The campaign video was quickly uploaded to YouTube and has garnered at least 150,000 views.
