Lee Hyori Shows Us A View of "Seoul" With Her New Comeback

The K-Pop world has been in shock since Lee Hyori came back after a 4-year hiatus. Now, Lee Hyori is showing us she still got it and is the veteran singer we can still respect and look forward to.

Lee Hyori takes us on a trip through Seoul as her MV is nothing but aesthetically pleasing. The track also features hit rapper Killagramz and his deep and moving vocals towards the end of the track harmonize well with Hyori's whispery sounds and complements that track in its entirety.

The song is very mellow and toned down in comparison to Hyori's previous hits. Hyori's style is pandering to today's trends quite a bit as she can be seen rocking some casual sports-leisure wear (which is big in the hip-hop scene now) and listeners can sense the vague EDM and Trap influences in her track.

The MV can come off as a bit disappointing for some viewers as they may have had high expectations for her comeback.

It is not to say that the MV is lackluster, but the song and MV aren't overflowing with the usual K-Pop style we can expect from Hyori. It may be a hit or miss, but we are happy to see Hyori back in action. She expressed how she spent lots of time practicing yoga and it she easily showcased her new found talents in the MV as well! Check it out below and let us know what you think of her refreshing comeback.
