It may come as a shock to fans of the Wonder Girls, but former member Sunmi became a hot issue after she announced how much she hated performing the hit single "Tell Me" during her girl group days.

During an airing of JYP's 'Party People,' Sunmi was asked by Jin Young Park himself if she ever disliked a song during her time promoting as a member of the Wonder Girls. Although she may have been reluctant to walk down memory lane with JYP, she opened up and confessed that "Tell Me" was the deal breaker for her.

Looking mortified, you can see JYP mutter "Tell Me...?" in disbelief after Sunmi stated her dislike for the song and dance. It was even more hurtful since JYP actually composed and produced the song in every aspect. "Tell Me" became quite the global phenomenon and is one of the most popular K-Pop songs to date. The dance even became a viral trend online that people in prison would dance to it for fun.

However, Sunmi further elaborated her reasoning by saying, "I really hated the concept and the old fashion hairstyle I was given for the album photos."

She continued to mock the dance saying, "While he was in America, Park Jin Young sent us a video of him performing the choreography to ‘Tell Me’, but when we saw it, we were all like, ‘What is this?!'”JYP was hurt that the girls simply couldn't understand the retro concept.

Overall, despite Sunmi's hate for the entire concept of "Tell Me," she showed her gratitude as the song was the first step in creating their unforgettable and successful career as the Wonder Girls!
