Parksal Company has formed a new girl group called RENDEZVOUS!

Prior to the final line-up, possible members were revealed between the 3rd of October and 19th of December, and those would be under evaluation through practice and other challenges. Parksal chose five girls - Seulgi, Jenna, Suri, Lily, and Sieun.

And after several tests and line-ups, the official Rendezvous members were introduced: Seulgi, LingYi, Suri, and Seunghee. Finally, after one year of hard work, Rendezvous will debut in October this year, 2019.

The original plan is actually to debut the girls last July 7 with four members through a debut showcase, then release their song the next day. However, member Mary left the company thus having some changes in the final line-up, and their debut has been postponed to October.

Rendezvous announced the delay and its cause through a post on Twitter on June 24. They also mentioned in the comment section that they would release one of their album's songs on August 7 to make the fans less sad due to the unfortunate news.

And as promised, Rendezvous launched a pre-debut single titled "Summer Paradise" on the said date, and on the same day, they revealed their official debut date. The track is available on Spotify, MELON, iTunes, Google Music, and YouTube. There are also two choreography videos of "Summer Paradise" uploaded on the group's official YT channel.

RENDEZVOUS will debut with three vocalists - Seulgi, Lingyi, and Seunghee - and one rapper, Suri. In addition, Seulgi is said to be the leader of the group, Suri is one of the best dancers, Seunghee is the visual, and Lingyi is the maknae.

Member Suri is a former member and rapper of AMOR. The girl group debuted on August 10, 2017, under Juny Network Entertainment with the digital single "Push Baby." AMOR is believed to have disbanded sometime in 2018 without any official announcement from the management company nor the girls.

Meanwhile, Lingyi became a member of Rendezvous after being recruited through a contest that was hosted by the audition website called "V-Square."

Parksal Company is home to several artists: male duo WEHIGHER, female duo PREMU, solo artists Fatal and Nini. And now, RENDEZVOUS joins them.
