IZ*One Shook Up the Japanese Music Scene Once Again on Album Sales

IZ*One Sells More Than 170,000 Copies of 'Vampire' in Japan, making them at the top at Oricon in three consecutive times. 

The group's third album, 'Vampire', was released in Japan on September 25th and immediately reached the top in the Oricon's Daily Singles with more than 170,000 sales in one day. As a result, IZ*One topped Oricon's daily singles claiming No. 1 for the third consecutive time, proving its popularity in Japan.

IZ*One sold more than 190,000 copies in one day when the Japanese debut single, I Want to Say I Love You, was released in February. The second single "Buenos Aires" was also sold more than 190,000 copies when it was released in June claiming the top in Oricon's Daily Singles.  In addition, 'Vampire' climbed to the top of the Oricon chart and recorded three consecutive tops, attracting the attention of global fans.

IZ*One won the top as the first female group in the sales ranking of artist groups in the first half of 2019 (Original Period 2018.12.24. ~ 2019.06.17.) And their third single album is taking off with a powerful launch, drawing expectations for a huge success. 

On September 25th, the group completed the Japan Tour 'IZ * ONE 1ST CONCERT [EYES ON ME]'  at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan. The performance was held with more than 50,000 seats fully filled.
