On the 19th of January, Sulli's brother breathed his frustrations and anger over their father through social media due to his claim that their father has been eyeing Sulli's inheritance that she left in the physical world. 

According to the late idol singer's brother post, he said, "I went through alone with my sister's grief, but how can a father share his problem with his asset shares with acquaintances, not his daughter's loss."

In addition to this, he also talked about how their father hasn't even visited her sister's grave yet. But he can speak to his friends about how Sulli has left some assets, and after fighting with the idol's mother because of it, they are now living as strangers.

Sulli's brother then stated, "If we are strangers, let us just live like that."

He also revealed the message that was supposedly sent to an acquaintance and their father has said that the wealth Sulli has left should be brought back to God, and he prayed that the assets could be used to restore the society.

Sulli's brother then claimed their father as being two-faced. In his recent post in his social media account, he shared some screenshot of his conversation with their father. 

On the photo, the father sent some proofs of him visiting Miryang, where Sulli's grave was put to rest. He also mentioned that he visited twice, and the people in his Church can testify about it. 

However, the brother did not buy this message. He retorted that the father was nowhere to be seen during the burial ceremony, and just resurface after the in talks about the division for the inheritance. He acclaimed that the photo the father has sent to him was taken by somebody else/received from someone. 

He pleaded his father to stop lying and sarcastically asked him if his father is not ashamed to his Church.

Moreover, the father is also preying on the house Sulli has left, saying that the brother should sell it. 

Furthermore, the fact that Sulli's parents were more focus on her wealth rather than her death was making the brother angrier, for it has been going for several months now after the idol's death. 

Choi Sulli and Choi Da Hee's father abandoned them when they were young, and Choi Jinri(Sulli's real name) became an artist without the support of their father. She gained everything she had through her blood, sweat and tears without claiming anything from their father, and this is what added up to the disappointment of his brother. 

In October, it was initially reported that Sulli has been living with her brother, who even learned cooking to take care of her more. After her death, her brother stated that he wouldn't be receiving anything from his sister's asset. 

On the other hand, Sulli's brother already hired a lawyer regarding the growing controversy and is firm with his allegation towards his father.
