As the first Korean Pop Artist to perform for the Annual Grammy Awards, which will be celebrating their 62nd year this year, BTS surely not only brought honor to Korea but as well as to the music industry. And while at it, the group can't help themselves but bump with other worldwide superstars, and these interactions excite fans and netizens as much as the idols. 

On the 23rd of January, the singer and IT girl Ariana Grande, who have made it through success with her songs," Almost is Never Enough," "Focus" "Break Free," "Thank you, Next" etc., uploaded a photo in her Instagram account together with BTS with a caption, "Look who I bumped into at rehearsals."

BTS Fans, ARMY then hyped up after the superstar just confirmed the participation of the idol group to the awarding ceremony, which later on was followed by an official announcement from Recording Academy, confirming that BTS will be staged together with Lil Nas X, who is the rapper of "Rodeo," "Panini" and rendition of the song "Old Town Road," which he performed at the American Awards Show together with BTS, showing up their own, "Seoul Town Road." The performance was short but full of impact. 

In addition to this, the idol group BTS has been able to showcase their more casual performance, unlike their intense, full of energy and K-pop genre of music. 

Meanwhile, while in the US, BTS has met several entertainments and broadcasting media, in which they shared their thoughts about future collaboration with foreign artists through a short interview. 

In the interview, The leader of the idol group, BTS RM, shared their short interaction with Ariana Grande. He opened up that they both see each other's performances during rehearsals, and even teased the female superstar for being excited during their set. The leader also says that the Ariana Grande stage performance was the greatest. 

Furthermore, BTS also revealed their desire to be able to collaborate with Ariana. They use the term "she's the one' and "She's the best" to describe their reasons for working with her and asked Ari to make it come true. 

RM also said, "We Purple Ariana," which is the famous message between ARMYs and BTS wherein "We purple you" is equivalent to saying "I love you" or "I support you."

If possible, the collaboration will surely become a huge success, wherein both have a stable and firm fandom, and vast influence around the world in terms of music and fashion. Ariana Grande's famous ponytail and cat-look make up become a trend towards the younger generation as well as BTS popularity brought success to several brand companies that they are endorsing. 

On the other hand, Ariana Grande was on top of the list for the BTS collaboration wishlist together with Run DMC, Beyonce, and Jay-Z. In March, a new song will be released, which is the product of the second collaboration of BTS and Lauv.

While waiting for it, fans are currently anticipating BTS upcoming album, which is the finale of their "MAP of the SOUL" series, "MAP OF THE SOUL:7" which is set to be released this February.
