Lovelyz's Kei has been the target of hateful comments from Korean netizens lately after noticing a change on her nose. She recently made an appearance on 'Sugarman' where the viewers noticed the alleged change and proceeded to compare it to her old photos.

It's not long after that malicious online users accused the idol of going under the knife. They began leaving comments on her photos and pointed out that she looks different.

The remarks were a bit harsh, including the few ones below.

"All I can see is her nose."

"It's the last episode of 'Sugarman,' so several people will be watching it. Why would her company ruin her?"

"Since she's a celebrity, they should have done it better."

Kei's "unproportioned" nose made the K-netizens bothered. To their defense, they claimed that the plastic surgery wasn't actually their issue but the alleged failure of the operation. 

Online users also think that she looks better with her old nose, had she really undergone a cosmetic surgery, than her current slimmer and asymmetrical nose. 

"Why would she suddenly get a nose job? She looks better with her old nose," a netizen said.

It has not been confirmed yet if she did get a nose job, or it could be just an anti-made story, but this is not the first time the Lovelyz member has been involved in a plastic surgery controversy. 

In 2016, a false rumor about Kei speculated that she got double eyelid surgery. Her pre-debut pictures also circulated online how she had a single eyelid. However, the idol's fans defended her and proved that she was using a double eyelid tape and reiterated that she was born naturally with her current eyes. 

In the latest rumor, shooters for Lovelyz's Kei are to her rescue once again to shield her from malicious comments. They expressed their thoughts online to counter the female star's gossip-mongers.

"People shouldn't feel sorry for her nose but for Kei. She has been criticized for a long time."

"You all should focus on her voice and not her nose."

"I think nothing has changed. We all grow up and mature. And if she did get surgery, that's her life. As long as she is happy, that's it."

Meanwhile, Kei wasn't the only one who received rude comments but her co-Lovelyz members as well. Antis reportedly came at the group's visuals and talents. During their 'Queendom' stint in October of 2019, the eight-piece band received criticisms from impertinent netizens. Kei, however, looked on the brighter side instead. 

"I feel grateful to them. It's an opportunity for us to grow and mature," she said in an interview.

Kei, who also debuted as a soloist, constantly proves how strong she is, and fans are happy to see Kei's growth as an artist and as a human being.
