K-pop fans, especially Inner Circles, are enraged at South Korea's leading news portal, Dispatch, for writing negative-sounding articles against YG Entertainment artists.

Netizens raised their voice against Dispatch for its allegedly biased articles against YG artists. On Twitter, a plethora of online users trended the hashtag #SHUTDOWNDISPATCH to let their pleas be heard and known.

Inner Circles (WINNER's fandom name) were triggered after Dispatch wrote that Song Mino was spotted at one of the clubs in Yangyang County in Gangwon Province on May 3, and was said to have violated the government's guidelines on social distancing as a response to preventing coronavirus increase. Dispatch further said that the singer performed his track "Fiancé" from his solo debut album "XX."

This scandal shocked the mob as it's defying the state's rule, given that Song Mino is someone people look up to.

In line with this, YG Entertainment released their official statement in response to the scandal of which WINNER's Song Mino is dragged. "We have confirmed that Song Mino recently went out on a trip with some acquaintances. We apologize for causing everyone concern. We will be more mindful and ask Mino to carefully follow the rules of personal hygiene and social distancing."

Because of this news, netizens and Song Mino's fans didn't just zip their mouths and voiced their thoughts on social media. They believe that Dispatch is being unfair to YG Entertainment artists whom they believe is the usual target of rumors.

One netizen wrote, "Idols from other companies are not so innocent as well, they do wild shit behind the scenes too, but somehow it's just always YG Entertainment's artists that are always being exposed by dispatch. You gotta be really dumb if you don't realize how suspicious this is."

Another one said, "YG just announced Taeyang's documentary, Treasure's debut, and some evil paid dispatch again to write bad articles about YG artist. Come on."

A fan also wrote, "Can dispatch stop spreading false rumors. leave YGE artists alone!!!"

Then, an online user said, "Oh c'mon, Dispatch's hatred for YG is too obvious to ignore. Jumping on any opportunity to twist info and write malicious content on YG artists. LEAVE YG ARTISTS ALONE."

Some even recalled those YG artists whose names were ruined because of their alleged biased articles. One example is Hanbin or B.I.

One tweet said, "I THINK DISPATCH IS TOO MUCH. THEY RUINED THIS MAN'S CAREER."

It will be recalled that Dispatch became the whistleblower on Hanbin's drug controversy. Earlier this year, it was declared that he tested negative of illegal drugs.
