Golden Child marked its second win for the song "Burn It" during the Feb. 3 episode of the MBC's "Show Champion."

Choi Bo Min, Lee Jang Jun, Bong Jae Hyun, Hong Joo Chan, Kim Ji Beom, Y, Lee Dae Yeol, Bae Seung Min, Kim Dong Hyun and Young Teak hit the center stage to perform "Cool Cool" and, of course, their latest hit "Burn It."

Golden Child Members Overwhelmed after Clinching Another Win

Members of the Golden Child were in tears when they were confirmed as the champion during the latest episode of MBC's "Show Champion." One member of the South Korean group stated it feels so grateful that they reached another feat shortly after their comeback. Making the win more meaningful is the fact that they received another trophy during Jibum's birthday.

The latest episode of MBC's "Show Champion" also featured the comeback of Dreamcatcher and CIX, who both performed their new songs namely "Odd Eye" and "Cinema," respectively.

Other K-Pop acts who joined Golden Child, Dreamcatcher and CIX were AB6IX, CRAVITY, Cherry Bullet, Pink Fantasy, YOUHA and T1419. Hong Euki, Dal Subin and Jeong Dongha also performed in the "Show Champion" stage.

To recall, on Feb. 2, Golden Child achieved their first win on SBS MTV's "The Show" for the "Burn It" track, which proves the growing popularity of the group. Choi Bo Min, Lee Jang Jun, Bong Jae Hyun, Hong Joo Chan, Kim Ji Beom, Y, Lee Dae Yeol, Bae Seung Min, Kim Dong Hyun and Young Teak, aside from their exemplary singing and dancing skills, sported striking visuals at the time.

For starters, "Burn It" by Golden Child is a song that tackles pain, heartache and a desire to ease the agony while witnessing a loved one facing his own struggles. The track showed a more mature version of the group members. Aside from the group, Dreamcatcher and ONEUS also performed at the time.

Golden Child Breaks Its Own Record with 'YES' Album

Goldness were not disappointed when Choi Bo Min, Lee Jang Jun, Bong Jae Hyun, Hong Joo Chan, Kim Ji Beom, Y, Lee Dae Yeol, Bae Seung Min, Kim Dong Hyun and Young Teak made their comeback on Jan. 25, 2021, with their fifth album titled "YES." In less than a month, Golden Child already broke their own record, which proves that they are starting to gain more attention now.

Hanteo Chart revealed that Golden Child's "YES" album was able to sold more than 71,400 copies during its first week of release. The number is quite higher than what their second album, "Pump It Up," made in October 2020 with more than 53,600 initial sales.

If that is not enough, "Burn It" also dominated major South Korean music sites. The latest single of Choi Bo Min, Lee Jang Jun, Bong Jae Hyun, Hong Joo Chan, Kim Ji Beom, Y, Lee Dae Yeol, Bae Seung Min, Kim Dong Hyun and Young Teak peaked at No. 4 on Bugs and No. 1 on Genie. The official music video of the song even surpassed the 5-million views mark already.
