[LISTEN] Cosmic Girls Yeonjung Releases Single for 'My Roommate Is A Gumiho' OST
WJSN Yeonjung has released her new song, "Beginning of Our Drawing," as Part 3 of the original soundtrack (OST) for the tvN K-drama "My Roommate Is A Gumiho."

On June 10, 6 PM KST, Cosmic Girls' Yoo Yeonjung showed everyone a vocal performance that definitely heightens the charm and excitement of the latest tvN television drama.
The release of "Beginning of Our Drawing" as a digital single across Korean music sites coincides with the latest episode of "My Roommate is a Gumiho," which airs on Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30 PM KST.
The lyrics for the OST performed by WJSN Yeonjung make a creative comparison between the developing feelings of two people with each other to a drawing. Its lines evoke a feeling of youth, energy, and excitement, with an inviting vocal performance from Yeonjung. The WJSN member sings her lines with her distinct clarity and prowess.
"Right now, let's start the drawing/ With colors that are filled with you," a line from the chorus goes in Korean.
Particularly, Yeonjung succeeds in boosting the excitement levels of "My Roommate is a Gumiho," specifically those of its main characters Shin Woo-yeo (portrayed by Jang Ki-yong) and Lee Dam (portrayed by Lee Hye-ri), who are growing closer to each other as the series progresses.
Aside from her performance in "Beginning of Our Drawing" for the "My Roommate is a Gumiho" OST, Yeonjung has performed a number of singles included in the OSTs of various Korean television dramas and films.
In 2016, she did "Fire & Ice" with Dawon for the animated fantasy film "The Snow Queen 3: Fire and Ice." The following year, the WJSN member performed "You're Dazzling" for the KBS2 "Queen for Seven Days" OST Part 1, "Toy" with Brother Su for the hit web series "Love Playlist," and the title track for "Meloholic" OST Part 4.
