Himchan Sentenced to Ten Months in Prison for Sexual Assault

Earlier this year, on February 24, the Seoul Central District Court, which was presided over by Senior Judge Chung Sung Wan, had sentenced the former B.A.P member to ten months in prison and is required to complete 40 hours of sexual violence treatment.

According to the court, Himchan denied the charges of sexual assault; however, the statement of the victim shows that the evidence is credible and supports the indictment.
