Stray Kids will play a vital role in the second half of 2021 and they will set out to solidify the k-pop trend.

Stray Kids Releases Comeback after 'Kingdom' Victory

The JYP Entertainment boy group proudly got first place on Mnet's "Kingdom: Legendary War," where 6 famous K-pop groups competed last June, showcasing their unique charms on every stage.

Fans worldwide expressed their high expectations for Stray Kids' new album after their stint at the competition, where they showcased their song-producing abilities and impressive performance skills.

Stray Kids released their 2nd regular album, "NO EASY," with the title song "Singer" set for release on August 23, and the group once again takes the spotlight as the "4th generation representative group."

For the latest album, Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han worked on all of the songs.

The song "Sorikun" unravels the belief that "I will not be discouraged no matter what anyone says." It features gorgeous traditional Korean music and beautiful brass instruments.

Furthermore, Stray Kids' signature teasing content, "UNVEIL: TRACK," where fans can preview some of the songs in advance, and also a high quality-comeback content like the concept teaser image, are released consecutively, making it the best work in K-pop of all time.

K-Pop Trends Strengthened by Stray Kids

In the group teaser photo published on Stray Kids' official SNS channel, the eight members digested the intense all-red color costumes and colorful accessories to match the "concept restaurant."

The "UNVEIL: TRACK" raises the expectations of K-pop fans with the group's musicality and sensuous visual beauty. Stray Kids opened four teaser contents for the songs they made themselves and showed confidence in their new album.

Aside from that, Stary Kids communicates more sincerely with domestic and global fans with various self-contained videos. This includes a video of their song-making machine.

The interaction with their fans has led to the expansion of the fandom, and in the "Hanteo Global K-pop Report" released by Hanteo chart recently, they stood out for they were selected as the No. 1 artist in 4 years of debut. They recorded the highest social index rise in this year's first half.

Additionally, based on the number of album purchases and certifications by the fans from 119 regions globally, the group ranked 7th in the global index ranking in the first half of 2021, proving their solid global popularity.

On October 13, their 2nd Japanese single will be released. Stray Kids, who made their official debut in Japan with the album "SKZ2020" on March 18 last year, achieved the "Top 10 K-Pop Albums Released in Japan" among the first half of the 2020 chart.

It also has taken first place and then climbed to the top of the Oricon weekly single chart in the first week of its release with the single "TOP" in June 2020.

Aside from their local activities, they are also active worldwide, which adds power to further their popularity.

Stray Kids' new album "NO EASY" and its title song "Singer," which contains Stray Kids' musical color and different charms, are to simultaneously come out on August 23 at 6:00 p.m. KST.
