'Girls Planet 999' Contestant Kim Suyeon Reportedly Debuting in Billlie by the End of November
On November 10, MYSTIC Story debuted their latest girl group, Billlie, with the mini-album "The Billage of Perception : Chapter One" and the title track "RING X RING." Though it has only been a few days since their debut, the girl group will reportedly be including a new member in their line-up by the end of the month.

According to a representative of the Korean music industry, former "Girls Planet 999" contestant Kim Suyeon will be joining Billlie's line-up as their final member and will begin promoting with the girl group as soon as the last week of November. Previously, Kim Suyeon earned attention after ranking 10th place in the "Girls Planet 999" finale, just missing out on debuting with Kep1er by one spot.
Back on October 26, OSEN released an exclusive report claiming that Kim Suyeon is highly likely to join Billlie. At the time, multiple music representatives stated that MYSTIC Story was still undergoing discussion to determine the right time for Kim Suyeon's inclusion in the girl group.
However, Billlie's debut rolled around, and Kim Suyeon was not announced as part of the line-up. Now that reports state that Kim Suyeon may be joining the line-up after their debut, many internet users expressed their shock at the sudden division. This is because Billlie has already released a mini-album music video and has already started promoting on music shows.
Some comments left by internet users over the news include, "Huh?!" "So she was not even able to join their music video?" "How odd... I thought she would join them starting from their comeback," "Then she should have just debuted with them from the start," and "What's up with how MYSTIC does their work?"
MYSTIC Story Confirms Kim Suyeon Will Be Joining Billlie
After the reports made their rounds, MYSTIC Story confirmed that Kim Suyeon would be joining the girl group. According to the label, she will promote under the stage name Sheon and will debut as a new member.
The company stated:
After 'Girls Planet 999' aired, we thought a lot about whether and when Sheon should debut. We had a lot of in-depth conversations with the Billlie members, including Sheon. Since Sheon received a lot of love through 'Girls Planet 999,' we decided to meet the fans as soon as possible to repay the support.
Since her official debut is just around the corner, Sheon is immersed in her training and is already forming a strong bond with the members. The seven girls are currently recording Billlie's next album.
Sheon could not participate in Billie's first mini-album 'The Billage of Perception : Chapter One," but she is planning to greet the fans with a surprise stage. We ask for your support and anticipation for the synergy that Sheon will show with Siyoon, Tsuki, Suhyeon, Haram, Moon Sua, and Haruna in the future.
