Big Hit Music and BTS RM Personally Clarify Dating Rumor Surrounding the Rapper
Following the dating rumors surrounding BTS, RM is the next member to be embroiled in one. He and Big Hit Music has since released a statement clarifying the rumors.

Big Hit Music and BTS RM Personally Clarify Dating Rumor Surrounding the Rapper
Back on December 30, dating rumors regarding BTS' leader and rapper RM surfaced after a Youtube channel posted a new video, in which they claim that the "Butter" rapper has been in a relationship with a wealthy woman of the same age since 2019 after the two became close through their shared interest art.
Along with the claims, the Youtube channel also shared alleged evidence of the supposed relationship, and that it was a "famous fact among fans" that RM had become "restless because he forgot to wear the ring on his fourth finger."
Before the dating rumor circulate to other social media platforms, BTS' label, Big Hit Music, issued an official statement to clarify and dispel the rumors.
According to Big Hit Music on December 31, "The dating rumors involving RM are not true."
Shortly after Big Hit Music's statement, RM himself had also personally responded to the rumors, stating that he doesn't know the person involved in his alleged relationship at all.

"I do not know the person at all, and the poodle is my friend's poodle," RM wrote on the global fan community platform, Weverse.
Regarding the poodle, the Youtube channel had claimed that the photos of a poodle that RM had posted on his social media during his birthday back on September 12 was owned by the wealthy female in question.
BTS Jungkook and V Embroiled in Dating Rumors
This isn't the first time that a BTS member has been embroiled in dating rumors. More recently, fellow members Jungkook and V were caught in one.
Back on December 27, the same Youtube channel had claimed that Jungkook was in a relationship with "Yumi's Cells" actress Lee Yoo Bi.
According to the Youtuber, Lee Yoo Bi had been a big fan of Jungkook, and has been posting a "lovestagram" on her Instagram account by sharing and posting purple hearts - an emoji that had been used to associate with BTS.
In addition, Jungkook's older brother also follow the actress' Instagram account, with Lee Yoo Bi also following back Jungkook's brother.

Big Hit Music later denied the claims, with Lee Yoo Bi's agency Y Bloom Entertainment also issuing a statement, stating that it is groundless rumor, and that Lee Yoo Bi does not personally know the BTS member except for Suga.
V was also rumored to be in a relationship with the daughter of Paradise Group's president after being spotted together at a museum.
Big Hit Music and V also denied the rumors, with V personally addressing the rumor on Weverse as well.
Meanwhile, BTS are currently taking a short break from activities while communicating with fans on social media.
