AOA Seolhyun Causes Many to Worry After Making New Instagram Stories
On the morning of Feb. 9, AOA member Seolhyun shared several pictures on her Instagram story without including any caption. The photos show particular pages of a book with some sentences underlined.

In the first photo, there are two underlined sentences. The first one reads, "They swung at me without even knowing that their tongue is like a sharp knife. I suffered cuts because I couldn't receive the knife and I didn't have any armor to wear either."

The second one says, "They persuade me to listen with one ear and be controlled. Why do I care so much about what these people say? It's difficult for me."
In the second photo of AOA Seolhyun's Instagram story, the underlined sentence reads, "It's hard to dismiss it as something I've never heard before because it's an expression I've witnessed with my own eyes, a word I've heard clearly with both ears"

Finally, the underlined sentence in the third image says, "That person will soon forget about this, but I'll think about it over and over again and get hurt many times. With this kind of personality, it's hard for me to live as myself."

After encountering AOA Seolhyun's Instagram stories, netizens believe that the sentences she emphasized are those that express what she's feeling inside and what she wants to say but can't.

Out of concern, netizens left comments under Seolhyun's Instagram posts such as "What's going on?" "I think you're having a hard time mentally these days," "Are these sentences you can relate to?" "Are they underlined because you feel the same way?" among others.
Seolhyun is known to have been involved in the notorious bullying controversy concerning former AOA members Shin Jimin and Kwon Mina in 2020. Mina accused her of being a bystander at the time Jimin allegedly bullied her. Seolhyun is also known to be best friends with Jimin, hence, being embroiled in the issue is inevitable.

In November 2021, AOA member Seolhyun was revealed to be one of the cast members of "The Killer's Shopping List," a new drama that will air on tvN in the first half of the year. Seolhyun will play the role of Do Ah Hee.
Besides filming for the tvN drama, Seolhyun also acted as one of the hosts at the 31st Seoul Music Awards, which was held this past Jan. 23.
