Henry Comes Under Heavy Scrutiny for Deleting Certain Comments on His Youtube Channel
Recently on February 20, a post titled "Henry's Youtube comments" shared on the Korean online community forums, fmkorea and The Qoo, gained attention among netizens.
In this post, people share screenshots of several comments that can be found in the comment section of Super Junior-M member, Henry's Youtube channel.
In particular, the screenshots shared comments that were awkwardly written in Korean, hinting that they were possibly translated using a translation app.

Some of the comments under Henry's channel were demeaning on South Korea, such as referring the country as a vassal state of China.
However, what caught the attention of netizens the most was that comments that were demeaning China, which criticized the country and the Chinese, had reportedly been deleted from Henry's Youtube channel, while the demeaning comments about South Korea were left up on the comment section.
Up until February 21, there were comments that were demeaning china included, but later got deleted.

Such actions earned Henry the heavy scrutiny, as many expressed heir disappointment in the singer, who had shown his affection and love for South Korea in several instances on various broadcasts.
Yet, the comments that were demeaning South Korea was left up on his Youtube.
While many note that this could possibly be the actions of the person who manages Henry's Youtube channl, they still couldn't help but be disappointed in the Super Junior-M member.

Some comments from netizens read, "I am so disappointed in him," "This is very disappointing. I thought he liked [South] Korea," "I mean, why didn't he just delete both comments - the one demanding China and the one demeaning South Korea? Why did he leave the negative comments about South Korea come up?," "I guess China is paying him well," "I think this is because he doesn't want to promote in South Korea anymore, lol," and "I don't think he manages the channel himself. I mean, he is busy, but still," among similar others.
Meanwhile, Henry had expressed his love for China in the past, such as playing the violin with a song called "I Love You China" during the Chinese National Day. He also wore a face mask that said "I love China."

In August 2021, Henry participated in fourth season of "Street Dance of China" as a team captain, alongside fellow Super Junior-M member Han Geng, EXO Lay, and Wang Yibo.
In the same month, Henry had also released a collaboration track called "Home" along with Roy Wang.
