At the time Girl's Day made its debut under Dream T Entertainment back in July 2010, the members were Sojin Jihae, Minah, Jisun, and Jiin. They first dropped the song "Tilt My Head" on the 7th, followed by their debut EP "Girl's Day Party #1" two days later.

While Jihae was both the main dancer and main rapper, Jiin was the main vocalist and Jisun was the lead vocalist and sub rapper.

Just two months after their debut, both Jiin and Jisun left the group and Dream T Entertainment to pursue individual interests. Due to their departure, Hyeri and Yura were added to the group.

In October 2012, another member was removed from the lineup as Jihae decided to leave due to personal matters. Reportedly, she will focus on her studies.

As a result, only two original Girl's Day members are left (Minah and Sojin) plus the two new members (Hyeri and Yura).

Girl's Day's former lead vocalist, Jisun, is currently an independent artist.
Before that, Jisun re-debuted in another girl group in late 2011, particularly New.F.O (New Five Order) under 6Theory and Enterarts Global. She used JN as her stage name. N.FO unfortunately disbanded in 2012.

She then signed with VINE Entertainment and became a member of the company's four-member girl group S#aFla, which debuted in 2018. The band, however, allegedly disbanded in late 2019 as no more updates were done in their social media accounts and VINE unfollowed the members (except for Yujin).
Since then, former Girl's Day Jisun has not been involved in any activities in the entertainment industry.

Jiin, who was Girl's Day's main vocalist, is now a trot singer under the stage name Jang Hyeri. She is currently managed by Big Daddy Entertainment, where she signed in 2020.
Prior to becoming a trot singer, Jiin first re-debuted as a member of the three-member female rock band Bebop in 2014 under HMI Entertainment. The trio has been inactive since 2016, so they presumably disbanded quietly.
Other than that, former Girl's Day Jiin also worked as a fitting model, became a part of a band, and became an employee at a regular company.

Finally, Jihae's current whereabouts are unknown. It has been a long time since she made her appearance in the entertainment industry. Normally, Korean stars update fans on social media. However, she has no SNS accounts.

After she left Girl's Day, Jihae continued her career in the entertainment industry. But, she went down another path by pursuing an acting career.
In 2012, she made her acting debut in the movie titled "Circle of Crime," where she played the role of Kim Sun Hwa.
