On April 17, 2022, IVE performed their latest single, "LOVE DIVE," on "Inkigayo." During the performance, the girls wore matching bejeweled tops and denim shorts. They also wore sheer knee-high socks. In particular, Jang Woyoung wore a cropped version of the shirt with short sleeves.

Following the performance, Jang Wonyoung sparked concern with her slim figure.
A post on Nate Pann was made titled, "IVE Jang Wonyoung is seriously skinny..." The user attached a photo of Jang Wonyoung from their performance in the post. The picture showed Jang Wonyoung's slim arms and legs as she performed.

In the comments, people expressed concern over her weight. People countered claims that she has "small bones" by sharing other photos from that same day. One internet user specifically pointed out her forearm, claiming she looked "severely skinny" in the image. As the camera is said to add five pounds, she is most likely skinnier in real life.
