In the photos, Seolhyun appears with a different image than usual. The idol has frizzy hair and barely has any make-up on. It seems she is not even wearing eyeliner. Many claimed they had no idea it was Seolhyun at first glance.

Many were shocked by the sudden appearance change. Fans are debating whether or not the styling for the drama suits her. Others stated that the hairstyle does not feel like her.

From late 2020 to early 2021, Seolhyun starred in the drama "Awaken." There, she played the role of Gong Hye Won.
