LE SSERAFIM Takes Home #1 on 'The Show' With 'FEARLESS'
The group LE SSERAFIM is currently becoming the focus of the K-pop community. They debuted on May 2 with their first mini-album "FEARLESS." They quickly dominated international charts. Additionally, they are slowly creeping up domestic music charts.

On May 10, LE SSERAFIM won their first music show award on "THE SHOW," just eight days after their debut. This is their first-ever music show award and also the girl group's first-ever performance on an encore stage.

While many were initially excited about this performance, LE SSERAFIM received mixed opinions. Many comments were not satisfied with the abilities of the members. Some claimed that only Huh Yunjin and Hong Eunchae sang stably, while the others were shaky.

Kim Chaewon also received some complaints. People stated that her voice with IZ*ONE was good, but she was unable to show her skills during the encore stage.

Others believe the quality of the encore performance was partly influenced by member Kim Garam. She sang out of tune during the first verse. Many are stating that because she was out of tune, the members ended up performing poorly following her lead.

However, some comments were supportive. Some people defended LE SSERAFIM from the hate. Fans said that it was their first time and that they could progress more in the future. On the other hand, people criticized others for being too harsh on the newly-debuted girl group.
People also complimented Sakura, saying her vocals have improved significantly since her time in IZ*ONE.

"Kim Chaewon was good before. This clip is disappointing."
"The music is too loud; you cannot even hear their voices. But they did their best, and I think that is enough."
"Sakura's voice is so good now. It is really different to be trained by HYBE. As a fan of ten years, I saw you improve, and it makes me want to cry. Now I believe that leaving Japan was the right decision."
"I think Huh Yunjin and Hong Eunchae, the rest are not good."
"In general, the person who sings the first part must sing it correctly. The first part is crucial. But Kim Garam sang off-tune, and then Kim Chaewon and Kazuha were also unable to correct the tone."
