Block B does recently had a very disappointing day because the court decided to trash their filed lawsuit against their former agency Stardom Entertainment.The group finally released a statement about their next move or plans.

Last June 07, the Seoul Central District Court released their verdict on the injunction filed by Block B against Stardom Entertainment to end their exclusive contract due to unpaid wages and other personal reasons. But the court found it irrelevant, and said that the group's allegation and evidence were insufficient.

Stardom Entertainment promises to pay back Block B for those unpaid circumstances but the court made the decision and couldn't find any problem of the contract's nullification by the agency itself.

But Block B is very determined to pursue their case and fight and now even consider their contract to Stardom Entertainment as terminated. A representative for the group stated an apology for the inconvenience about the group's controversy against their former agency and also stated that they will make sure that they will examine the legitimacy of the contract and decision.  They said to also continue pursuing some legal action if they find another breach on the part of Stardom Entertainment, and thus will ask the former management to take responsibility for the damage they've caused for the group.
