In the latest episode of SBS' "My Little Old Boy," Super Junior Kim Heechul showed a glimpse of his new house. Along with Lee Sangmin, feng shui expert Oh Minseok, and an interior designer, they visited the luxury villa to discuss the remodeling before the idol moves in, considering the possibility of living with a wife and kids in the future.

When they entered the house, the show's cast was evidently mesmerized by the spacious apartment, not to mention the large chandelier.

The new house was the Sangji Ritzville Kylom he bought in February, a villa-type luxury apartment worth 5 billion KRW (4 million USD) located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

During the broadcast Lee Sangmin advised Heechul:

"If the interior is to be completely redone, the whole thing has to be overturned, otherwise it would be better not to overturn it."

The male entertainer agreed with Lee Sangmin, but expressed his desire to get rid of the chandelier and replace it with just an LED light because the former is hard to clean.

When they reach the kitchen, Heechul also said that he wants to get rid of the induction and Irish tables because he doesn't cook much. However, the feng shui master advised him to keep the induction for better fortune, and Lee Sangmin also joked that love actually "sprouts" in the kitchen.

While talking about romance, Heechul went on by saying that he will also take off all built-in home appliances and explained:

"I will definitely get married in this house. (So), I will take off all built-in home appliances because I can't let my wife not like its design when we get married later. I thought about getting married at home, but I will really get married."

Regarding the wooden floor of the master's bedroom, Kim Heechul added:

"I'm going to rip it all off. I don't like wood."

However, Oh Minseok opposed him, saying:

"The bedroom is important and if you will use it with your wife, the warm atmosphere (of the wood) will be good."

Kim Heechul laughed, saying:

"We will hug each other only when the atmosphere is cold."

Upon hearing this, Lee Sangmin replied:

"Even if you hug (with your wife) in the early stages of marriage, you don't hug well after a while."
