Who is LOONA JinSoul?
Jung Jin Sol, who is better known by her stage name Jinsoul, is a South Korean singer and a member of Blockberry Creative's 12-member girl group, LOONA. JinSoul officially made her debut as the rapper, vocalist, and visual member of LOONA back in August 2018, with their debut mini album "[+ +]."
Prior to their official debut, LOONA and its members had been introduced to the public through an 18-month long pre-debut project, in which each of the members released their own single album. JinSoul was introduced to the public when she released her single album in June 2017. She is also part of the group's sub-unit ODD EYE CIRCLE.

1. JinSoul studied piano for nine years.

Prior to officially making her debut, JinSoul formally learned how to play the piano for nine years when she was a kid. As to not let her lessons go to waste, JinSoul would sometimes play the piano during LOONA's performances or during their broadcasts. Aside from the piano, JinSoul also formally learned how to play the violin for a year. However, she ended up quitting learning the violin due to its difficulty.

2. JinSoul chooses Red Velvet as the group she wants to be in.

JinSoul had revealed in the past that she is a major fan of the SM Entertainment girl group Red Velvet. In fact, her favorite member is the youngest, Yeri, because she likes her face! Due to her love for the group, JinSoul had once revealed that she would love to be in Red Velvet when she was asked which group she would want to be in if she wasn't in LOONA.
3. JinSoul can impersonate Doraemon.

K-Pop idols have various talents that make them unique, and for JinSoul, she has a knack for impersonations! In particular, the LOONA member is confident in her abilities to impersonate Doraemon, a robotic earless cat that can travel through time from the Japanese manga of the same name. Even her fellow members acknowledge her impersonation!
4. JinSoul wanted to pursue natural sciences.

Back when JinSoul was still in high school, she had wanted to major in the natural sciences field because she was good in mathematics. In fact, she even ranked No. 19 in mathematics in her entire school. However, her mother recommended her to major in the liberal arts field instead. JinSoul later graduated from Kukje University of Arts under the Department of Practical Music.
