Super Junior Heechul To Get Married in 2023- Is He Dating Someone?
On August 1, Kim Heechul appeared on the SBS entertainment program, "Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny," along with his best friend Son Dambi. Lee Kyu Hyuk and Seo Jang Hoon's friendship was also featured in the show.
Son Dambi prepared a table full of housewarming food from Wanggalbi to steamed seafood to greet her best friends. Kim Heechul narrated how he became friends with the female singer and said:
"We met for a long time in the entertainment industry for 20 years."
Dambi added:
"I knew (Kim Heechul) was a trainee, but he came straight up from the cafe and said, 'You're pretty. Let's be friends with me.' It's been 20 years since then."
The male idol then went by giving Dambi congratulatory money for not being able to go to her wedding and unveiled a letter for her and her husband Kyu Hyuk.
Kim Heechul's letter to Son Dambi says:
"Please love my friend Dambi a lot. She's innocent and clumsy for her age, but she's deep-seated. Please join hands and come to my wedding."
In response, Son Dambi was surprised saying:
"He must be thinking of getting married next year."
Heechul agreed and replied:
"My mother's most desired course is to escape from 'My Little Old Boy' and film, 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny.' Worst case scenario is 'Dolsing Fourmen."

Just then, Heechul surprised the other stars when the singer made an explosive declaration, saying:
"I'm definitely getting married next year."
However, he drew laughter when he confessed that he doesn't have a girlfriend at the moment.
Heechul Shares Wedding Details
But Heechul seems determined to tie the knot next year. In the episode, he surprised everyone when he detailed his wedding plans:
"I'm going around a lot looking for color schemes. I will wear a red suit when I get married, I want to break the stereotypes of wearing black for the groom and white for the bride."
Heechul then showed curiosity about marriage to Son Dambi and added:
"I'm curious about how she feels when she enters (the wedding) and how she feels when she chooses a dress."
Unexpectedly, the male idol's 20-year best friend Son Dambi expressed genuine opinions about Heechul getting married and explained why it is not possible.
"Your girlfriend is not your No. 1 (priority). I don't think marriage is the issue here."
She also proved her statement when Heechul stated how he broke up with his former girlfriends because he plays a lot of games. Dambi highlighted that he always thought of himself before his girlfriend and broke up with her.
With this, the "Mango" singer protested and exclaimed:
"Then who should come first rather than me? It's surely my family and me."
