A screencap of the post by a staff member circulated online, showing Taeyeon saying that as a staff, she will not get on the artist's nerves while they were doing their work and that she would stay silent in the corner minding her own business.
This, unfortunately, earned mixed reactions, and embroiled in a "power tripping" issue.
The screencap texts say:

As the post was seen by many, for them, it looked like the staff was taking a jab at Taeyeon and how she treats her staff. It is also a jab at how the whole SM Entertainment treats their staff.
The original poster also commented on the staff's post saying Taeyeon said in "Soshi Tam Tam" episode 6 that staff should always stay silent and not defy the artists and idols they are working with.
They added that according to Taeyeon, the staff should "stay in the back on someone's mind." They noted that the story is a bit vague and that they are not sure if the staff was criticizing Girls' Generation Taeyeon on how she thinks or as to how she usually treats the staff.

Furthermore, the poster even added the staff's story caption saying that it has been a long time since SM Entertainment has been doing it. They thought the the staff should find strength since they are suffering.
The poster then eloborated that fans who think Taeyeon is always joking are taking it too far. They should look at the perspective of the staff since they are the ones suffering from SM Entertainment's situation.
The poster also thinks that the mere statement from Taeyeon is not something that people should take lightly. They cleared that they are not starting a controversy, just merely stating facts from the situation.
How People Reaction To Girls' Generation Taeyeon's Comment
As the issue intensifies, people are feeling skeptical about the identity of the Instagram post author. They are saying the post might not even be from a real SM Entertainment staff.

Some are also coming to the idol's defense, saying that Taeyeon said those things as a staff. Taeyeon did not say that her staff should stay silent, like how she is acting, in real life situation.
