Later that year, the "I AM THE BEST" singer applied to a diet company called Juvis and tried the Juvis diet. She then revealed through an Instagram post on Jan. 4, 2021 that she lost 11kg (24 pounds) and went from 70kg (154 pounds) to 59kg (130 pounds).

The female idol also said that her diet process was difficult due to the medication she is taking to treat her ADD (Attention Deficit Order). She then revealed that she is taking less medication.

Juvis, which helped Park Bom lose weight, stated that the former 2NE1 member's situation was the most difficult to deal with among their clients' cases. They shared that there were many times where they would have to stop managing her because of her severe emotional swings and that they had difficulties managing her diet because she was unable to control her appetite.

So what is Park Bom's diet, specifically the Juvis diet? Well, the Juvis offers three main services to their clients. The first one is their two types of on-site devices, the heating machine and the lymphatic and muscular massaging device.

Second, they ask their customers to follow a strict diet, which involves eating their unique "six bites" system- eating six bites of ssam (veggie wrap) per meal. The veggie wraps consist of any leafy vegetable, brown rice, and one pinch of a single type of side dish. This method is to limit and avoid too much intake of carbohydrates, sodium and fat.

Finally, Juvis assigns one manager to each client to keep track of statistics and progress. These managers keep an eye on clients' attendance, meal logs, numbers, and moods.

Aside from the Juvis diet, Park Bom has another diet plan she follows to maintain her weight.

On the March 2 episode of "On & Off," Park Bom revealed that she had moved to Ganghwa Island to work on her album and also start losing weight.

In the episode, the "Fire" singer said that she was very uncomfortable right after she relocated to the island because there weren't any convenience stores. But she still thinks the place suits her well.

Park Bom then revealed that her diet plan consists of eating five rice balls, lettuce, and Kohlrabi (German turnip) every morning. She also said that the most important thing is to stick to the diet plan and eat on time.

When asked if she doesn't get hungry, Park Bom told the panelists that her meal is very filling once you get used to it.

She also mentioned that she sleeps early and wakes up early as well. Sleeping early and having enough sleep is another main factor in losing weight. Because a lack of sleep can increase one's appetite by changing hormones, making us more likely to eat unhealthy food and affects how body fat is lost.
