The talents of many K-pop idols aren't just limited to singing, dancing, or rapping. There are also artists who are able to write lyrics as well. For instance, the rap line of several K-pop groups write their own rap verses, as well as contribute in the other verses of the songs from time to time.
Well, it is said that rappers need to write their own lyrics and create their own flow either alone or as a collaborative method. Whatever the reason is, all we know is that they have pure talent.
Without further ado, here are several K-pop rappers who write their own rap lyrics, and an example of their works.
5+ K-pop Rappers Who Write Their Own Rap Lyrics in Songs: (G)I-DLE Soyeon, More
(G)I-DLE Soyeon
Starting off this list is one of the leading fourth-generation female K-pop rappers- (G)I-DLE Soyeon. The group's leader is deemed as one of the greatest idol producers of K-pop these days. But, she has been actively participating in producing songs for her group since her debut.

One of the rap lyrics that Soyeon wrote are the ones in (G)I-DLE's "Last Dance," a collaboration with the fandom platform UNIVERSE. The female idol also took part in writing the melody of this track.
Stray Kids Changbin, Han, & Bang Chan
Of course, our list also includes Stray Kids' famous 3RACHA, which consists of Bang Chan, Han, and Changbin. The trio actually debuted first before Stray Kids and is now a subunit of the group.
Even before their debut, these three members have been writing, composing, and producing their own songs, some of which were performed on Mnet's survival show "Stray Kids."
One of the well-known songs where rap lyrics are written by 3RACHA is "Matryoshka," the first song from the trio's third EP "Horizon."
BTS Suga, RM, & J-Hope
Global boy group BTS also earned a spot on our list. Its rap line- made up of Suga, RM, and J-Hope- are also so talented that they don't just rap but also write, compose, and produce songs, either it's a solo project or a group release. Suga even writes and produces tracks for other K-pop artists.

In particular, Suga wrote his own song "Daechwita," while RM solely wrote the rap lyrics in "Butter," and J-Hope wrote "1 VERSE."
SEVENTEEN's Hip-Hop Unit
Members of SEVENTEEN's hip-hop unit- composed of S.Coups, Vernon, Mingyu, and Wonwoo- are also examples of K-pop rappers who write their own rap lyrics. While Woozi is the group's "genius composer," the hip-hop unit also participates in completing their tracks. In particular, the quartet usually writes the rap lyrics and the other verses for their unit song, including "Trauma."
ATEEZ Hongjoong & Mingi
In ATEEZ, the ones who commonly write the rap lyrics are Hongjoong and Mingi. Like Stray Kids' 3RACHA, ATEEZ Hongjoong has been writing and composing songs even before debut. He and Mingi are among the fourth-generation K-pop idols with numerous songs copyrighted under their name, including ATEEZ's tracks.
