BTS Jimin Stands Out on Billboard Ahead of His Solo Debut

On March 15, BTS Jimin gained momentum on the Billboard ahead of the official release of his solo album, to be released this month.

Ahead of his solo debut, BTS Jimin ranked 2nd with his previous solo track "Promise" on the Billboard's "Global Digital Song Sales" list, followed by "Christmas Love," according to the chart revealed by Billboard.

BIGBANG Taeyang, who he collaborated with for the song "VIBE," ranked 9th.

BTS Jimin Solo Debut: Album 'FACE' Concept, Tracklist, More Details

BTS Jimin will release his much-anticipated solo debut album "FACE." The song and music video for the B-side "Set Me Free Pt.2" is slated for release on March 17.

The forthcoming album's concept images and video teaser have been unveiled by BIGHIT Music, igniting anticipation from ARMYs.

According to the company, "FACE" will have 6 songs in total, including the title track "Like Crazy," and the pre-release single "Set Me Free Pt. 2."

Meanwhile, prior to the announcement, BTS Jimin already teased ARMYs regarding his solo album through a Weverse live broadcast. He stated that he was preparing something that fans would really enjoy.

BTS 2023: What's New With RM, Jin, Jimin, J-Hope, and Jungkook?

On January 13, Jimin and BIGBANG Taeyang released their collaborative track "VIBE," which served as Jimin's first official release in 2023, following BTS' announcement that they would discontinue group releases to concentrate on solo projects.

BTS leader RM released his solo album "Indigo" on December 2, 2022. He also teamed up with So!YOON! in her track "Smoke Sprite," released on March 14.

J-Hope also released his solo album, titled "Jack In The Box," in June 2022. Earlier in March 2023, he released his single "on the street," featuring the renowned international rapper J. Cole.

Jin and Coldplay released "The Astronaut" in October 2022. The BTS hyung also enlisted in December last year.

Meanwhile, BTS maknae Jungkook collaborated with Charlie Puth on "Left and Right" in June 2022. They also performed "Dreamers" for the opening ceremony of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in November last year.

Lastly, BTS Suga announced a solo tour in February. It will begin at the end of April and go through Asia and the United States.
