Chungha Leaves MNH Entertainment + Byulharangs Support Idol's Departure
After speculations on Chungha leaving her longtime agency, the artist is now confirmed departing from MNH Entertainment.

MNH Entertainment Releases Statement Regarding Chungha's Departure
On March 29, MNH Entertainment uploaded an official statement, declaring Chungha's decision to leave the agency after seven years.
MNH Entertainment firstly expressed gratitude to the fans, who unconditionally supported Chungha in her career. They also detailed Chungha's exclusive contract expiration, which is dated to April 29.
The agency also added that due to "internal circumstances," Chungha's "Bare&Rare Part.2" has its release officially cancelled.
They also thanked Chungha for her hard work, and again, her fandom Byulharangs for their support. Additionally, MNH Entertainment further added they will root for Chungha's future, while praising her as an admirable artist in the industry.

"Greetings from MNH Entertainment.
We would first like to express our gratitude to all of Chungha's fans for their support, love, and attention.
We are informing you that Chungha, who made her debut in 2016 and has been a member of our team for seven years, will have her exclusive contract expire on April 29, 2023. Also, we kindly ask for the fans' understanding that "Bare&Rare Part.2" will not be issued by our agency because of internal conditions.
We extend our deep gratitude to Chungha, who has worked with our agency for a considerable amount of time, as well as to Chungha's fans Byulharangs, who support and stick by her side.
As Chungha embarks on a new beginning, we will be supporting her as she strives to establish herself as an admirable artist.
Thank you."
Earlier on January 30, news outlet Sports World reported Chungha's alleged departure from MNH Entertainment. The report stated Chungha decided not to renew her contract due to its nearing expiration.
Seeing the news, an official from MNH Entertainment responded on the matter, and declared they will first clarify the situation's accuracy before confirming her departure. The agency replied that Chungha wants to start in a new environment, and is unclear if a new agency is on mind.

The official stated:
"I think Chungha wants to try challenging a new environment. After parting ways with the current agency, nothing has been decided yet whether she'll find a new agency or prepare a one-man agency."
Byulharangs Support Chungha's Departure: 'Her company is crazy'
While most fandoms are sad when an idol leaves an agency, Chungha's case begs to differ, as she's now one of the idols whose fans are more supportive of the parting.
In a forum, Byulharangs expressed how much they are in favor of Chungha leaving MNH, due to the agency blocking her activities and gradually lessening her promotions.
