The "Touch My Body" songstress went viral for her toned abs and sexy figure, which were noticed by netizens. Soyou also placed a caption for the post, stating, "Wait for summer."

Soyou Reveals Weight Loss Tips in Personal YouTube Channel 'SOYOUGI'

On March 18 2021, Soyou uploaded a video on how to lose weight in over two months.

 

In the video, Soyou elaborated various healthy diet tips with her audiences. The idol also explained that due to the pandemic's onslaught, many of her activities were affected. Soyou discussed her challenges and how she overcame the struggles.

"I watched "Fit to Fat to Fit," it's an American show program and I was amazed. Doing that kind of content soon can be fun since the coronavirus hindered my activities."

"I thought that I would gain 10kg and lose 10kg, since I didn't have much work. I ate a lot after my photoshoots were done."

"You need to have a plan before going on a diet. In dieting, you need to stay healthy. However if you reduce your diet, you will consume more."

"Three meals a day are required. If you can't eat breakfast, protein food is a good alternative. You can also eat salads or protein when regular meals aren't possible."

"In regular meals, you should eat rice with half-air. Or even take brown or konjac rice."
