In the Twitter post, the DearU Bubble poster featured a photo of Lucas. It also included the launching date, which is scheduled for June 7. Fans immediately gave Lucas a warm welcome back to the music industry since the idol have left NCT and WayV.

However, in the online discussion, the opinions on his return garnered mixed reactions. Others questioned his subscribers in China, as well as SM Entertainment's decision to promote him. Some netizens recalled his past controversy with an alleged ex-girlfriend and previous cheating accusations.
