TWICE Mina's Blouse in Concert Allegedly Stolen & Auctioned Online + Organizer Releases Official Statement

Mina's concert blouse was allegedly stolen and sold online, leading to fans' outrage and a statement from the event organizers.

Here's what happened.

TWICE Mina's Blouse Allegedly Stolen & Sold Online + Concert Organizers Address Matter

From September 30 to October 1, TWICE held their "READY TO BE" world tour at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, Philippines.

As expected, many ONCEs were thrilled to finally see the members on live stage, and how most of them anticipated their special performances. TWICE's last visit in the Philippines was on June 29, 2019, when the nonet held their first-ever world tour TWICELIGHTS.

However, things took a wrong turn when a fan spotted on social media that the Day 1 blouse of member Mina was being sold online.

The account exclaimed how unsettling it was since the blouse was randomly stolen and neither Mina nor the stylist have given consent for it to be taken. The fan remarked:

"This is so creepy @livenationph! Is this how your staff behaves? They already have no respect for the concert goers, but now you're also stealing clothes (from TWICE)?

Did Mina consent to this? Did the stylist give consent? Because if there are none, then does that mean you just stole it from their dressing room?"

According to the post, the photos were uploaded by a netizen named "Red Menzz," who posted the blouse on a marketplace in Facebook, which focuses on selling TWICE merchandise.

He explained the shirt shown in the picture was the one Mina wore during TWICE's Bulacan stop. The account also followed that the blouse was up for bidding, and simply requested buyers to name their price for its purchase.

"Offering now, it's a legit shirt that Mina wore in the concert. Don't ask for proof, the proof is displayed right there and they're all from the concert. The shirt is up for a bid, so don't ask me about the price and just name your price instead. Thanks."

To add credible evidence to the merchandise, the account also posted a staff I.D, with the aim to back up his involvement backstage during the concert.

When a buyer conversed with the seller about the shirt, the seller updated that Mina's blouse wasn't the only one acquired from the concert, but the seven other members' blouses were also allegedly in the hands of another staff member as well.

The seller also concluded the shirt was legit since it didn't contain Mina's signature.

Read their conversation below:

Buyer: "Starting price? It's preferable in a bidding if it was already worn by the artist as advertised, with proof like signed."

Seller: "It's legit that was worn (by Mina). There are no prices yet, that's why I'm stating an offer. The shirt was left alone when they departed, that's why it has no signature from Mina. But that's what she really wore."

Seller: "There are eight of those, but the other seven (shirts) were acquired by one of our colleagues. This was the only lucky one that ended up with me."

Buyer: "I hope you won't mind, but is there proof that you're affiliated with the event organizer, or as you mentioned, are you truly a staff so that others are aware?

Seller: "Yeah, I have proof. But I can't disclose information easily and it's private."

Meanwhile, the event organizers broke silence on October 11, and reinforced that the item being sold was fake. Live Nation PH also warned everyone not to engage in any selling activities regarding items with unverified legitimacy.

The organizers also addressed the ones responsible for creating the ruckus. They claimed that Live Nation PH has no staff members who are able to access and acquire these items.
